The iControl comes with a special adapter that plugs into the bottom slot of the iPod. This slot is found on every iPod with a screen and Timex guarantees compatibility with 5th gen models including the iPhone. All you need to do is attach the wireless dongle to your iPod and get to control it through your Timex iControl Ironman Watch.
The Timex iControl Ironman Resin Strap Watches are available in 7 different colors: Black/Silver, Black, Grey, Blue, Green, Orange and Pink.
